Returns + Exchanges
You are free to return or exchange any garment for any reason within 14 days if it has not been damaged or washed, and has all original tags attached.
For instructions on returning merchandise please contact our Customer Care department at info@hiso.ca.
Please email info@hiso.ca with your order and submit a return or exchange request. If you ship your return without first receiving an approval email that includes your ra number(s), the processing of your return may be delayed because we may be unable to track your return.
Once we receive the garment, we will issue a full refund, or issue an exchange.
Please note, all discounted or promotionally priced merchandise is FINAL SALE.
