SHIPPING TO CANADA
Standard shipping within Canada is complimentary. 

Orders can take up to 3 days to process. Depending on location and time of year, some deliveries may take 7-10 days to arrive. Once orders have shipped, you will receive an automatic notification, alongside a tracking number.  

Taxes
Ontario customers will have 13% HST added to their order. All other Provinces will see 5% GST added to their order.

SHIPPING TO THE U.S.A
Standard shipping to the U.S.A is complimentary.

Orders can take up to 3 days to process. Depending on location and time of year, some deliveries may take 7-10 days to arrive. Once orders have shipped, you will receive an automatic notification, alongside a tracking number. 

Duties & Taxes
Customers within the U.S.A will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however, customers are responsible for their own local sales tax, duties and customs, if applicable.

By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country. Unfortunately we are unable to calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and cannot be held responsible for them.


SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
International shipments will be subjected to a flat shipping rate of $50, regardless of purchase amount.

International customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however, customers are responsible for their own local sales tax, duties and customs, if applicable.

By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country. Unfortunately we are unable to calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and cannot be held responsible for them.

Please note for all orders: the risk of loss and title for items purchased by you, pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are free to return or exchange any garment within 14 days of your delivery date. Items returned to us must be in sellable condition: unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached. 

For instructions on returning merchandise please contact our Customer Care team via info@hiso.ca. Please include your original order number within your email with subject line: "Return Request." If you ship your return without first receiving an approval email that includes your RA number(s), processing your return may be subjected to slower processing times as we will be unable to track your return.

Please note: customer will be responsible for all return and exchange related shipping. In the case of a direct exchange, HiSO will provide shipping for new merchandise.
