What is the shipping cost to my country?

Shipping costs are complimentary with purchase. Customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country are not indluded. Unfortunately we are unable to calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and cannot be held responsible for them.

 

I have already placed my order. Can I make changes to it?         !!!!!!!!!!!!

You may submit requests to make changes to your order(s) by contacting us at info@hidesociety.com. Please keep in mind that emails are answered in order of receipt and someone will respond to you with confirmation before the end of the working day.

We have size guides on the site, for each style to assist in the selection of your appropriate size. If you still have questions, please contact info@hidesociety.com and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

I want a style that is currently sold out. What can I do to get notified when you re-stock?

All inventory for each style is updated through out the day, unfortunately, if the site says we are sold out, we are sold out until further notice. You can sign up for our HiSO newsletter to get information about collections and restocks. 

 

Can I return or exchange an item or items I purchased at another retailer, to you?

We understand that HiSO styles you purchase at other retailers might not work out for you and you may wish to return or exchange, however, we can not accept items purchased at other retailers.

 

How long does it take to receive my refund for an item or items I have returned?

Returns take 3-4 business days to process in the warehouse post receiving. After your return has been processed, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned, minus the shipping costs. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

 

When will my order ship?         !!!!!!!!!!!!

The shipping process takes 2-3 business days to complete, before an order can be shipped. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, please email us at info@hidesociety.com for more information. If you place your order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the processing time will start counting on Monday.

 

Why was my order cancelled?         !!!!!!!!!!!!

The current status of my order is “unfulfilled”. What does this mean?         !!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfulfilled means that your order may not have been shipped. You may contact us at info@hidesociety.com for more information regarding your order.
